The files in the "Filtered Data" folder correspond to measurements in the rawdata folder manually filtered using Highpass filters with cutoff frecuencies in the 0.1 - 100mHz range to exclude current drift and other low frequency components. The frequency was selected for each measurement to avoid a significant addition of artifacts. In some other cases it was more convenient to substract a smoothed window version of the signal, signal cropping + highpass filtering and/or detrending. The goal was to attain a flat 0Amp centered signal for comparable event measurement. Then the Source and Drain channels were substracted and halved to obtain the Source-To-Drain current which corresponds to the
first column of each file in [pA] while the second column corresponds to the time dimension in [s]. This processing was done using Matlab's signal analyzer.

The "Single Molecule Detections" folder includes manually cropped versions of the signals in the "Filtered Data" folders in which succesive conduction current pulses (which we attribute to single molecule detections) were identified.

The "events.csv" file includes the statistics (duration, mean, peak/max, stdDev/Irms) for the different detections in the "Single Molecule Detections" folder as well as for the individual pulses identified and selected within each one of the detections.

Finally, the "Filtered Statistics" folder includes the statistics for the individual pulses within detections filtered by the boxplot criterion, that is, excluding points outside the boxplot whiskers which end at more than 1.5 times the IQR.
